PMC Advantage Prize Drawing Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win
Sponsor: PMC Advantage, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group.
Prize
The prize(s), approximate retail value ("ARV"), number of prizes available, and any pickup or delivery requirements will be described on the applicable entry form, drawing registration page, or related promotional materials.
Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any federal, state, or local taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the PMC Advantage prize drawing entry form during the applicable entry period. Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing unless otherwise stated.
No purchase, payment, sales presentation, or insurance quote is required to enter or win. Individuals may request an alternative method of entry where applicable by contacting Sponsor during the entry period.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who meet any additional requirements disclosed in connection with the drawing.
Employees, officers, and directors of Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group and its Subsidiary Affiliates, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. The number of winners, if more than one, will be stated in the promotional materials associated with the drawing.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the drawing.
Winner Notification
Potential winner(s) will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes available.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation or notice.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the prize drawing may be used by Sponsor for marketing, business development, customer outreach, and follow-up communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Sponsor policies.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the drawing if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical or network malfunctions that may affect participation.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the drawing or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Winner Information
For information regarding prize winners, where required by law, please contact Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group following the conclusion of the applicable prize drawing.
